TOP NOTCH!!! I seldom post but felt I needed to spread the word. This company is AMAZING and they really know their stuff! My elderly parents were in need of a new HAVC system recently and these guys came through, BIG TIME! Super honest, fair in price, professional, respectful and saw the job through to completion. So rare these days to encounter good customer service, or businesses who don’t prey on the elderly. These guys are a breath of fresh air and my parents couldn’t be happier with their brand new rooftop system. So, hats off guys for a job well done! Special thanks to Doug who got the referral. So I looked for an Ac company on the weekend in the middle of summer (not easy) and I ran across Specialized Aire Systems. The office staff was so nice and then they told me they can make it out that day. And sure enough on time and I met John. I think the owner. He was so nice and explained to me what the problem was. Got lucky he had the part with him. So He fixed it and boom we have ice cold air. And the family is happy again. But if anyone needs a heating and air company Specialized Aire Systems is the place. Very honest Company. Thanks again John and the Specialized Aire Systems crew.

We’ve had John and his crew out twice now and couldn’t be happier.

We had been through several of the bigger HVAC companies and always come away wanting.

Specialized Aire Systems has been on time, been price competitive and none of the hard sell. They get it done on time at exactly what was quoted with no surprises.

John and Jeannette are outstanding. We had a blower motor that was about ready to kick the bucket. Jeanette was able to fit me in the next day. Luckily, there were some cancellations and they were able to fit me in earlier than planned in the day. John and his assistant came out to the house, diagnosed the fan motor issue and ordered a new blower motor. They picked it up and called me back to ask if they could come back today and replace the motor. Not sure if this is something that can happen all the time, but I was thoroughly impressed with the turnaround speed to get my 30+ year old system back and working again. Will definitely come back to Specialized Aire Systems for my future repairs and new installation (when that time comes).
