Wow! A company who cares, is professional, courteous, timely, and will go the extra mile to get your AC fixed as quickly as possible!
AC companies were telling us $8800 to replace our upstairs AC. Our Home Warranty company first premier and we’ve been paying for months did absolutely nothing. We got a hold of Jonathan and it was nothing but just WOW Customer Service from there forward!
We have been trying to get our air conditioning fixed through our Home Warranty First Premier Home Warranty since March 21, 2026. They did not help at all in fact denied the claim.
Jonathan stepped in and took care of everything for us expeditiously and a top notch, above the bar, off the chart customer service!!! They are our A/C company from here forward.

I recently had Specialized Aire Systems install a Samsung mini-split at my home in Jenks, and I couldn’t be more impressed with both the product and the overall experience.
What really stood out to me is that they are owner/operators. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work—this isn’t a “just here for a paycheck” situation. There’s a level of pride, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that you don’t always get with larger HVAC companies.
From start to finish, they were easy to work with—calm, approachable, professional, and respectful. Their communication was clear and transparent throughout the entire process. They were upfront with information, took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure I fully understood everything along the way.
I came into this with very little knowledge about mini-split systems, but they took the time to understand my goals, asked the right questions, and guided me toward the best solution within my budget. They even recommended a quieter model than the one I initially chose—something I hadn’t even thought to consider, but it made a huge difference.
The turnaround time was incredible. From the initial call, to receiving the estimate, to completing the installation—it was all done in less than a week. From what I’ve found, that’s a significant contrast to the typical two-to-three-week minimum timeline you see with larger companies. They also coordinated all additional contractor work needed for the job, which made the process seamless. On top of that, they ensured I was only paying for what I actually needed—no upselling, no pressure—just honest, knowledgeable guidance.
From the moment I found them online, reviewed their website, and made the initial call, they made the entire process—from start to finish—functional, easy, and efficient.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience. As an entrepreneur and small business owner myself, I value high-quality craftsmanship, strong products, and great customer service—and they delivered on all three. The first time I used them was because Airco told me it would cost $25,000. John with Aire Systems fixed my A/C for $100. It hasn’t skipped a beat on cooling since! The second time I had him out was for a quote for some new upstairs mini splits, hes honest, fair and has both your comfort and wallet in mind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. He has earned my business for life.
